B20 VS LS

same part number for the head itself
cams and intake mani are different

b20 int cam has like 3 degrees more duration than newer (96+) ls int cam. Exh cams are the same or so close it wouldn't make a difference. BTW I think Crower has some mild cams that don't require valve springs and such. HTH

It would depend on the year b20 you had. The b20b had a comp ratio of about 8.8:1 where the b20z had somewhere in the 9.4-9.6:1 range, I think. Comp ratio plays a big part in N/A. Stripped you probably could get a 13.9 with good tires and driving even with a b20b.
