There used to be a guy who would build you one if you sent him the clusters an some cash on Honda-Tech do a search you may find him

Here is the wiring diagram that I have:
teg's blue left side plug (13 pins)

1. blu tach signal
2. grn/org check engine indicator
3. yel/red oil pressure switch
4. NOT USED 5. wht/blu charge indicator

9. red/blu cruise (if you have cruise)

teg's right side blue plug (16 pins)

1. grn/red e.brake signal
2. red/grn high beam

4. grn/blu left turn

As far as fitting it in, you need to either A) modify your gsr gauge cluster
by cutting the surround down so it is flush with the cluster itself. By
doing this you will not have the luxury of the clear plastic cover, just
don't start breaking needles =). This is the method I used.
Or you can B) Cut the gauge cluster surround piece (the part that houses the
vents clock etc.) So that the entire cluster including the clear plastic
cover will remain intact. Afterwards, zip tie the cluster to the stock
mounting tabs and fit the surround on. I plan on molding the surround with
bondo to get rid of any gaps that are left, just been too busy to do that
yet. If you have any other questions just drop me an email.
