i've got a 2nd gen integra i'm doing a swap in and i was wandering what engine to go w/for the money.i was thinking of going w/the b16 b-cuz of v-tec but would it be cheaper to do another ls swap and build it up?and if i did do that ,what would be the necessary mods to be quicker than most b16's ,your input will be appreciated...thanx

well bought the car from a repair shop apparently it was some kids and he messed it up and said fuck it and gave it to the shop,so i asked them if they wanted to sell it and they gave it to me for $500 bucks there's a blown rod and the odometer read 260,xxx miles so the way i see it the engines seen better days so thats why im doin the swap

 

how fast do you want to go??? Shit if it was me i would turbo that ls just get it rebuilt and your golden.

if you plan on staying all motor, go b16 and get cams.... if you want to play with the big boys, do the ls swap and push about 12 lbs.... rebuild your bottom end ,, obviously. the difference in cash is the difference in power...

 

if it was only that easy
