Default help cant get my civic to start

i have a 95 civic with a z6 and i cant get it started. i was driving to work the other day and my car started loosing power like crazy so when i got home i checked it over and found my #4 spark plug tube was full of oil. ok so easy fix just needed new seals at the top of them. well i got them replaced and my plug wires ripped taking them off so i got new ones and it wont start now. i have spark and the firing order correct and it turns over just like it did before but i get nothing. i even tried starting fluid in the intake to see if i had a fuel problem. anyone have any ideas?

not sure what exactly happened but i just kept unhooking the wires and putting them back on the same way and kept trying to crank it and it finally cranked and ran like crap for a few secs then smoothed out and ran beautifully

Do you think now is a good time to mark both ends of the wires and also the
distributor as to what the firing order is?-Bob

he did say he unplugged the wires he said he put the back in the same order. you keep giving solutions that have nothing to do with the orginal problem. and then agree with everyone else that has to say. its not very helpful to anyone.
