Looking to settle a bet! Acura vs. Honda

I told a friend of mine that outside of America,Acura DOES NOT EXIST!He tells me im full of shit.Is an Integra called an Acura in japan,or is it a Honda integra.Please some one let me know.As far as i knew Acura is an American company.

your right over sea's (japan,austrailia,new zealand,england,ect.) there arent acura's yes its a honda integra in all places but the united states an canada
