im swapping integra rear brakes onto my ef. i already have integra front brake swap/master cyl+booster my question is with the proportioning valve.

i know i need to get the 40.40 one can i only get it from DA teg or can u use the DC or the crx si i just dont wanna buy one and the brake lines wont go into it.

also is there only one proportioning valve? or is there one for the front and one for back or is it one unit? i just thought it was one but im not sure.

also if anyone knows of a good site with a nice write up for me that would be great help. it seems very straight forward i just dont want to run into any complications.

i did the front myself but theres no trailing arm and shit to mess with it was very simple.

also what ebrake cables are compatable. i thought i read i need a crx si cable

 

It is just one unit, A DA or crx Si would be your best bet, i'm unsure about the DC one as long as the DC one is the same style prop valve then you should be ok, As for the e-brake cable you need ones specifically for rear discs, you cannot use the ones from drum brakes......

 

i got 94 teg ebrake cable but im just not sure if its gunna hook up on the other end correctly i never pulled an ebrake cable before
