Default ??? about swaping engines in my Civics

I currently have a 92 Civic HB with a 95 B18C engine in it, I also have a bone stock 96 Civic EX. How much of a pain would it be to swap the engines? Isnt the 95 B18c an OBDI and the 96 Civic OBDII?

Also, what can I expect to pay for a 2 swaps like this?

My intention is that I want to sell the 92 civic, but I want the DOHC engine in the 96 Coupe.

Any thoughts, please let me know. Thanks.........

the work isnt that hard its time consuming though so id say you are lookin at 900-1000 for someone to do tehhh both because you are basicly paying for 2 complete swaps
