it runs great starts right up and rides out but ive replaced the oil pressure switch on back of block as well as the one on my vtec and redid all my wiring and still vtec breaks up on me it gos in & out of vtec also just did an oil change. someone told me that taking your check engine light out of your cluster breaks a connection to your ECU and could be causing my issue with breaking up. True or false?

lol no. honestly i had this same problem bro and it turned out being my distributer. try finding somone with the same setup as you and swap him ignition control modules. if you dont know anyone then buy one and if it doesnt fix your problem take it back. its realy easy. i went for a year with my car running like this and could never figure it out untill i changed the icm!.. you should also try and fix whatever your check engine light is on for. check the codes

Dented oil pan, clogged or dented pickup tube. Sounds like your not cycling oil well enough at higher rpms, possible pump issue but check the pan and around the picup tube first. its actually a quite common cause
