Stripped coil screw

The positive coil screw in my distributor is beginning to strip. i need to get it out so i can attach a wire to the positive terminal. any ideas or suggestions?

use something to cut a new slot in the head of the screw, try a dremel tool with a small cutoff wheel, cut a new slot and you should be able to get the screw out.
