Beaks lower tie bar?

Beaks lower tie bar?
Having trouble finding reviews....how are they? Do they make much difference or is it mostly for show? I think the lowest price I found was 110 which is about the same as a skunk2. Is it worth it?

Beaks bar looks better from a distance, but the skunk2 bar actually has adjustable eyelets/endlinks.
