Default LMA Question

Ok here is my problem.. i'm replacing the lma's in my b16 head while i'm building the motor so everything is fresh.. Now before honda switched to the coil type lma u could use h22 lma's in the b series head and just shim them and ur good to go... But since they switched to the coil type i haven't heard of anybody doing this and want to know if u can... id much rather spend 8.99 a lma vs 23.18... i really want proof not just oh yea u should be able to

I'm not sure I just helped him install them I didn't ask what size they were. I will ask him tomorrow and see if he remembers.

Incase you didn't get a response from him, .040 is the correct size. It is all over honda-tech.
