Default Car wont go into gear when running

Whats up TR, need some advice and have been getting mixed answers and just wanna find out what i need to do to fix the problem. When my car is off i can shift into all gears perfectly. When the car is on i have to pump the clutch ALOT then FORCE it into first gear. Once the car is in gear i can shift with difficulty to the other gears. Alot of the times i will hear grinds when i shift and the clutch is all the way engaged when i do. Also the pedal is low too. I've heard pressure plate issues, get a new clutch kit, or look for leaks in your master cylinder. No leaks at all! PLEASE HELP, this is my daily and cant be stranded.

Thank You

Check Fluid, If not fluid. Change clutch kit. Pressure plate, Pilot Bearing, Throw out bearing, Fly wheel resurfaced (Or new one depending on condition) and Clutch disc, Along with Syncromesh or Honda Fluid.

But when that happens it's almost 100% the Throw out bearing, Or pressure plate.
