i put on a racing medallion catback on my cousin's rsx base model, its barely noticeable. i was expecting it to be a little louder, from posts that ive read they stated its really really loud, in comparison with the racing medallion and apexi n1 they said the tanabe is louder. i have the n1 on my 240 and its great but why isnt the tanabe that loud?? barely noticeable. it has a nice smooth sound but my cousin wanst satisfied with it, i on the other hand like it but what else is he going to need to get his "louder" exhaust?

 

Why would he want it louder??? It's just asking for a ticket if it is. Quiet is good.

 

my boy has one on a rsx type s and it sounds great when he hits vtec its loud but no to loud. get a header and it will scream.

plus in time it will open up a little bit, i wouldnt gut the cat though unless you want to sound like a lawnmower jmo

yea dont gut the cat it will sound lke crap. It will drive you crazy. Giving you a ticket while your at it. Turbos when they have exshaust on there cars do they make like a popping sound or something?
