crank pulley removal

Default crank pulley removal

What size of compressor would I need to get if im gonna do it that way?

that thing is a bitch to get off sometimes(130ft/lbs of torque), u r gonna need soemthing to hold the crank still while u hit it with the impact. honda has a special tool for it, but most people dont. goodluck

You can call AE they have a Honda Crank Pulley holder, its 22m For about 6o ducks....

after about 10 minutes of freaking sweat, somone holding down the brake, car in 5th, and someone holding the crank pulley with a strap wrench, I GAVE UP!

Took it to a mechanic shop...paid the guy $2 and whoop whoop and it was off....gotta love air tools.

I then tightened it back up with my ratchet, drove back home and did what I had to.

That sucker is a bitch to get off.....I hope I never have to touch it again.!
