02 honda civic si transmission

Im looking to replace the stock transmission in my 02 honda civic SI, what would be an appropriate replacement to improve performance?

either the k20a2 (02-04 rsx type s 6 speed)
or the k20a3 (02-05 civic si - 02-04 rsx base 5speed)

depends on what u want it for.
