Leakdown test:
1. Check compression
2. Add a little oil directly into cylinder
3. Check compression
If the compression rises, than the rings are probably a little worn (the oil seals the rings). If the compression stays the same, than you may have a blown headgasket or bent/dirty/stuck valves.
Seeing how your compression wasn't that bad (2 normal, and 2 within 10%), and the 2 within 10% were side by side, I would suggest going to a Honda OEM headgasket. Also, check to make sure the head is not warped.
I assume this is due to your overheating problem? Have you checked the water temp sensor or all the grounds?

A blown headgasket can also be caused by stretched headbolts.
If you have no oil-water or water-oil transfer, and the compression is 190-180-180-190, I don't think you have much to worry about. I still think the overheating problem is either electrical or a bad sensor. Water temp gauges don't normally act that funny. You need to goto Discount and buy yourself a REAL water temp gauge and install that. That would be a true indicator.
The fact of the matter is, you still don't know if the car is truly overheating or not...figure this out first, then worry about why.
