B18b1 with GSR Head???

I have a B18b1 and want to put a GSR Head. What do I need need to make all this work?
I would appreciate the help.

ls/v kit "golden eagle,blackworks, & a few other companys make them "
chipped ecu "p28"
highly recommended Arp rod bolts,arp head bolts,Itr/gsr oil pump & water pump & timing belt.
I could be forgetting some things but thats mostly it...

change those pistons also. but ud get more speed with a b16 head!

No, you will not "get more speed" with a B16 head.

Does it have to be a P28? Can it be P72?
And if i were to pop some pistons, which are better? type r? or b16?
what brand of pistons? & should i have to get new rods or bearings?

Parts list :
golden eagle vtec kit
Itr/gsr oil pump
Vtec water pump
T-belt
Arp head bolts
Arp rod bolts
OEM or acl bearings.
Oem p30 or p73 pistons
P28/p72 "really doesn't matter"

Might be forgetting some things but thats the majority of what id do.
