Here is what happened:
98 EK EX with d16z6 was running on p2n ecu (obd2 hx non-v). CEL Never Illuminates, only parking brake light.
Installed a p28 with conversion harness and o2 sensor from an ls (4 wire but this may have been my downfall?)
Cranks but would not start
Put old ecu back in and left o2 sensor in
Now still wont start. Think I fried 2 resistors in the ecu.
Unplugged o2 sensor, got another p28.
Still no start.
Can't figure out why my cel does not light up so cannot get codes.
Completely lost at this point.
Maybe someone has an idea?

 

Check to see if the bulb is there, if it is make sure its not burnt out. I bet its gone

 

Did you originally have a five wire o2 sensor?

 

Ill check on the bulb when I get home. Its a stock ek harness. Pretty sure it wa 4 wire.
