AHHH MY BALL....JOINTS!
well ive come across this little dilemma...how and the hell to i pop the balljoints back into place on the front suspension, i thought you bashed the hell out of them to reseat them, but apparently not, took my 5 minutes to pop them free, because im putting in axles, and when i went to put them back on and leave....them bishes wouldnt snap back on if my life depended on it...

haha i'm sorry you wasted your time trying to bash them back in place.... and of course if your friend beat on it long enough it is not going to come back out... that's what it's designed to do, but to do that all you have to do is like Bill said, seat the joint in the hole and torque to spec.
well i used a fork (not an actual food fork) its like a foot long and on the end its a U with wedges...and they came out easy

I find the best tool for the job is a Pitman arm puller modified to fit the lower arm. Works like a charm.
