Default AHHH MY BALL....JOINTS!

well ive come across this little dilemma...how and the hell to i pop the balljoints back into place on the front suspension, i thought you bashed the hell out of them to reseat them, but apparently not, took my 5 minutes to pop them free, because im putting in axles, and when i went to put them back on and leave....them bishes wouldnt snap back on if my life depended on it...

They don't "snap" back in. You simply put the nut back on and torque 'em to spec allowing enough adjustment to put the cotter pin back in.

most of the time you'll just split the boot using a pickle fork.
I find the best tool for the job is a Pitman arm puller modified to fit the lower arm. Works like a charm.
