Question about short shifter!

Just curious but will a short shifter screw up my transmossion in any way, mainly my synchros? I just put one on my 2000 gs-r and want to know before I go messing my tranny up.

Yeh Im wondering the same thing. I wanted one for my car.. but I was told the same thing about the transmission.

the short shifter it self wont fuck up your tranny you (the operator)will. its just a shrter throw so by human error it fucks up, you have to learn how to shift, which i know that you do, before you go puttin in a short shifter.
