It has always run a little on the warm side since i swapped it because i didnt get a dual core radiator. It started running a bit hotter so i replaced the thermostat, since i didnt when i got the motor, it still ran hot! So i got a dual core radiator and it ran great for about a week and a half. Then last night, out of the blue, it started getting hot at a stop light and continued to get hotter even when i started moving! I removed the thermostat and looped the fan switch to get it back home and it ran VERY cool the on the way home!?!? I hate cooling isues only because im not very good at diagnosing them so, ANY help would be appreciated!!
pull out your helms and start testing. Mine was a ECT swtich by the thermostat housing. Check your fuses under the hood were your fan motor relay and stuff is. Check the wires under the fuse box that connect to the Thermostat switch. Its a green and blk. wire. Just giving you some things to look at. Cause those are most likely them. If you have already replaced your or check your Thermostat its possiably those.

ill bet money ur fan is not coming on
i traded cars with civicracer
his fan was fuckedup, so he put it on a switch. well the switch now died
which i dont care, i dont care about the motor. i run around with NO FAN EVER. and i have not overheated once.
only thing im worried about is sitting at a light for a long time which i try to avoid
is ur car only overheating at stops or when in stop and go traffic?
or just random
