i have a b20b in my ek and it needs headers the dc sport 4-1's are smashed on the bottom. i am looking on ebay and thinking of buying some 4-2-1 tri-y's and fabbing some plate to protect them from the street. my question is do b16/b18 headers fit the b20? i know they have more displacement but i am pretty sure it's due to the larger bore? correct me if i am wrong. i would hate for it to be due to a larger stroke and the headers not come down far enough in the "front" before bending to the back under the pan.

 

B20 is a bored out b18 block you will be fine

 

Rmf narrow b-series header from honda-tech.com $300 shipped if you are looking to make power. A nice jdm itr header would also do awesome with the oem skid plate. Look it up.

 

I have a Hytech rep ill sell for 120$ if your interested,its on my B18c right now.

 

Go with rmf narrow replica. Much better ground cleaance than a hytech rep and it will cost the same as a DC.
