98 itr specs

does any one know how much horsepower a USDM 98 itr has? i know they chagne i just dont know hwich years thanks for the help

all type Rs were 195.

when they say 195hp do they mean @whp? or at the crank? how much woud that be if it was at the wheels if it was from the crank?

195 CRANK hp.....195 crank hp translates to about 175 wheel hp I believe....give or take....each one is gonna be off either way a few numbers.

Usually you take .18 on a manual tranny car.
195*.18=35.10
195-35.10=159.9whp
My friend has a 2001 ITR. He dyno'd at 161whp stock. So it appears to be a decent formula.

or the jdm's have 200hp and higher comp i believe, but someone cross check that with some "white paper" please. lol

ya my crank hp is 200, and i dynoed 164whp
