cv axle problem

cv axle problem
Any one ever had their cv axle pop out of the tranny? I was taking off from a light last night, and i let the clutch out like any other time and i just started to move, then nothing.. i could look down and see where the output shaft seal rides in the axle..

It's happened to me on this car, and a friend had a 99 civic with a B18C5 swap, and it did it to that one too..

is every thing was mounted properly and sercure i dont see how it would just come out its not like its barely in the trans. it goes in 2-3inches. but it happened so its possible
