Running too Rich

I had a problem with my main relay,it was not turning on my fuel pump,so I hooked it up so it runs all the time,I ve tried switching the m/relay and it still did not work properly,My question is How do I FIX THIS problem,Could I buy a fuel pressure reg. to resolve this nightmare?

I have a new relay,It still does not work ............

get out the multi meter and check the relay. if you're sure it's good, check and see if it's getting power at the fuel pump when you switch the ignition on.... might be in the wiring.

It does not have power at the fuel pump,so I am going to get an ohm meter and check for volts at the relay,The relay was used when I bought it,Could be bad,I hope so,Where can I get a brand new one for fairly cheap?
ps The wiring is perfect
