max hp on pump gas?
Whats the max WHP you can run on pump gas (93 octane)? What about E85?
If it makes a differance, set-up I'd be considering consists of:
Mildling ported/polish A6 Head
Vitara Pistons + FJ-D Custom Spec Rods
T3/T40E 57 Trim .63 a/r
~10:1 compression (milling head alot)

More info is needed regarding the engine...
A6 head? Bore/Stroke? Exhaust/Intake mani? Downpipe?

Your turbo would most likely run out of air before you run into any fueling problems.

Custom Top mount, design would be somewhere between Hytech Wastegate Priority design and your standard top mount design. 3-4" downpipe/exhuast.
Either a ported Z6 mani or a ported Edelbrock performer x
Wacking an A6 head ~0.100" get you to just under 10:1. Considering dropping compression if I can make more power though.

I know part of it was using a B16 Water Pump Pully (22 teeth vs 19 teeth, iirc).
