DX motor HELP

been thinking....the hf head is 8 valves...the ecu was designed for 8 valves...but the dx head has 16 valves...like the SI...could that have somehow possibly been what caused it?

I told you it would, now just throw an si intake manifold and throttle body on there and it should be little faster too.
