Default Need exhaust ideas. Good flow and quiet.

The shell I bought for my k-swap use to be a turbo car, so it has a big 3" mandrel bent straight pipe and what I think is a magnaflow muffler. i got the motor in the car and running and it is LOUDDDDDDDDDDDDD as all hell. Trying to get some ideas to what a good performing yet still pretty quiet exhaust would be without spending a fortune. A hatch I had WAY back in the day had an apexi ws-2 on it, and it sounded good, and was nice and quiet. Was wondering if there was anything else.

I think the biggest key is resonators. Vibrant all day. I have a 2.5" header back with 3 resonators, 1 being just the hollow type and my car is real quiet!

Im pretty sure Proven Power or LHT can make you a custom exhaust thats real quiet and still performs well.

We've done a few custom exhausts. Id recommend keeping the 3"you have and modifying it. PM me for details/quote.
