Default Popping on Decel.

O.k. I took this car for a test ride around the block and now it has some wicked popps on the decel. when letting of the gas....
94 gen5 civic B18a1, just installed a B&M adj. fuel reg. with set at 50psi...It never popped this bad before the reg. install....Could it be lean popping??? I doubt it is spitting flames out the tail pipe??? I guess I need to pull a plug....
Ok I`m back, just went out and pulled a couple plugs and they are white, but they are new plugs no miles on them....But the porcelin had no color after a 4 mile drive around the block....Don`t see any vac. leaks anywhere....All I did was change out the FPR to the B&M commandoflo one....It had plenty of pull when I put it to the floor, just when I let off the throttle it`s popping like it`s lean.....Should I turn up the pressure more???

After doing some research on this site I believe I might be just experiencing some normal b18 popping from being rich and having an open exh. system with a can at the end of the exh pipe...I can`t have gone lean by giving the motor more fuel pressure....
