Motor HELP!!!!!!!!!!!! please!!!!

ok guys i need help bad!!! its gonna be kind of long but i need all the help i can get.. im stumped!!!!!! so please read!!!
i have a b16 in a 92 hatch... i was coming home formschool today (gainsville) on my way back to sarasota when my car started to stutter, but stutter hard to where it jerks.... then im in 5th gear on the interstate and it jsut start revving down like im not ont he gas... i give it gas and it does nothing.. gets NO gas. i coast off and into a gas station where me a my buddy start a working..... i called my buddy darren wilson for soem advice but hes stumped too... it wouldnt start backup.
these are the things ive checked and didnt fix it:
*fuel pump (works)
*fuel preasure regualater (seems fine, there is preasure)
*spark plug wire connected
*all sensors and plugs hooked up that i have seen except for the nipple near the oil filter, i believe it oil preasure sensor (dont think that would cause it)
*swithc my skunk2 ecu with a gsr ecu
*it has fuel
*battery is fine
things im gonan checktom:
*spark plugs
* i was htinking maybe the distributer is bad, is that possible? would that effect this? any wyas of check if its bad with out putting a new one on..
*fuel filter (woudl that cause it)
*injectors (maybe????)
im really stumped here guys...
backt ot he story.. i tryed it one last time before i call the tow truck and it start!!!! but it died again after getting into second gear.. start again!!! died after 2nd gear... started again!!! shifted at 2 grand up till 5th and got ont o the interstate.. it ran fine at 40-60 mph... got up t 70 for a while but then i would jerk again so i would let off and it would run again... then near home it start jerk alot and would stop unitll it stalled, but then it owuld start back up agian for a lil while, it also back fire loud a few tiem when it jerked... got to my exit, right at the first light it stalled and i drifted in to a bank... it wont start.. by the way the battery is fine... it turns over great just wont fire.. help please guys!!!!
i have to have it running by sunday afternoon so i can get back to school...

Try a compression check. The tester's are available from auto parts stores for about $25. Should be around 190 across the board.

Have you checked the TPS sensor ? Have you ever screwed at all with your TPS sensor ? If so check it out, its maybe out of whack. Also I could recommend the distributor cap and rotor for possible wear. Could be the igniter. Those symptoms you are describing seem to be ignition related issues.

I've encountered the exact problem as the result of a bad rotor, and at another time, as the result of a bad ignitor. Troubleshoot the ignition system first.

shes running!!!
alright well my fuel preasure regulator was linking and it ended up haveing a huge crack right down the middle.. so i fixed htat but ti didnt fex my problem so i narrowed it down to there haveing to be somehting wonog in the distributer, i looked at the rotor and cap and the metal pieces seemed pretty worn down and burnt... my friend also said it is probably the ingnitor or maybe the coil.. well it was getting close to closeing time so i bought everything at once i planned ont akeiing stuff i didnt use back cost me close to 300 bucks for cap, rotor, coil, and ignitor..
got back started taking of the rotor and ignitor and i found a tiny plug in the middle of the distributor was unplug... pluged her in and starte dher up... never has ran better and it didnt cost me nay money....
