also my ac fan doesnt work either. can and/or should i wire both fans to 1 switch?

buy switch, hook one wire from fan plug to a ground, one to the switch, then the other from the switch to your battery.

cut it on, if the fan blows the wrong way, switch the ground and the power wires coming off of the fan

or instead of putting it on a switch, just run one wire to ground and one wire to something that comes on when the car comes on in the fuse box under the dash.... it will stay on the whole time the ignition is on but you wont ever have to worry about forgetting to turn your fan on.

you can see the it in this pic... I moved the ground down to the frame so you couldn't see it and put a black wire instead of the long yellow one later:

If your fan doesnt come on then you prob have a bad temp sensor. What I suggest doing (and I have done this with every civic I have had) is unplug the little wiring harness that clips into your temp sensor (its on the thermostat) then get a wire strip both ends and stick each end in each side of the harness. That creates a loop that makes your fan turn on when you start the car, and will stay running the whole time you are driving. I've noticed that it does keep your motor considerably cooler.. if you want a picture LMK i'll post one up

^+1 Start Here

Check all the fuses in this print. Then with ignition on jump the fan switch which is closest to firewall use a piece of wire. Fan should come on. If it does replace fan switch.

Condenser fan check the relay after you try running 12vdc to make sure fan even works.

First check the fuse. Then test the fan motor by just running some temp wires to the battery. Find the switch at the thermostat housing or back of the block if it is an older obd0 motor. connect those wires together and see if the fan comes on. If it does replace the switch. If it doesn't find the relay and swap that with a known good from a friends car. If that doesnt work then start tracing wires.

I see people out there spending money on the car to improve it … If you spend half that effort just working on your driving skills, making you and the car work together as a team, then you’ll go faster – period. To make the car go a second faster on the track takes a lot more energy and money than making yourself drive it one second faster.

just remove the cooling fan relay and jump it with a wire its cleaner and defeats all that wiring,
