Vavle adj.

can i use the the measurments off the integra b18b to set to the civic valves?
like adjusting the d15b to the b18b measurments? Sorry iam just kinda new at this?

60k miles means the Geo Killer needs a valve adjustment...and I dunno how to....anyone wanna do it for me?
