putting on koni's

im a lil confused... Ive put on shocks before and know how but they were always complete.. well i jsut bought Koni's and on the front shocks, the bottom fork isn't there.. now im sure you just use your stock one but how does it go on???does it jsut slide on or what? i odnt want to take everyhting off and not figure it out.. can some one help me???

it slides into your stock piece.. it's really easy, just take out the bolt, take the factory shock out, and slide the koni one in...

you also have to knock off a piece from the stock shock to add to the koni. The directions(or diagram, rather) has a picture of this. By the way, I had changed struts before, and when I put on my Koni's I was all sorts of confused. Colin is the man!

help

knock the brake line holder off the stock strut and hammer the piece onto the koni...or just use zip ties

I hated doing my konis the first time, and even after that i hat doubts on how well they would stay together thats why i spent the extra $ and just got complete real deal coilovers.

thanks guys... im replacing my tokicos with the koni's, so i think i can figure it out, should be different than putting on other ones right?
