Default Identifying cable B16 transmission?

I called up Tampa Clutch because I need a new one, and they need to know exactly which B16 transmission I have because the input shaft differentiates between the two. Of course, I don't have the vin sticker for my tranny.

Is there any way to tell which is which without the vin sticker or actually removing the clutch first? I know its the normal, shitty, non LSD cable b16 tranny, I just don't know what to tell the dude.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

P.S.- If any of you guys have a manual pedal assembly for a CRX for sale, let me know! I cracked my second set today.

Take it up there and compare them... LOL... GL

If it is B16 cable Trans, then it I think it is the same as a LS 90-91.

Hope that helps

One has a smaller input shaft, and I don't know how to visual distinguish them. Measure yours and google it?

so basically, if you can put a single cam clutch 89-2000 on the b series trans, you have a 89-91 trans....hydro b series clutches and 92-93 cable trans are the spline count.....
