i have a 95 civic and i am trying to figure out whats wrong with the steering. when i bought the car there was no power steering pump on it.i was on my way home tonight and was sitting at a stop light and went to turn the wheel when i was sitting still and heard a slight pop and when i got moving it was hard to make any turns the wheel did not want to turn at all.. also when i rotated my tires i noticed if i grabed the front drivers side wheel i could move it a little back and forth... im not real sure whats wrong and would love any kind of ideas i can get thank you
