I wouldnt just start replacing parts yet.
Pull the one wire plug to spool solenoid ( so it is not connected to ECU wiring )and measure with ohm meter to ground. It should be about 15 ohms. You can also run 12 volts to it and see if it clicks. This will prove your solenoid is good.
On the green plug(pressure sensor) bring up to operating temp and measure resistance across the the pins and you should get anything other than open.
You might need to check your pinout from ECU next then make sure you are getting oil.

Exactly, unhook solenoid and power with jumper +12vdc and see if it clicks which will indicate coil does indeed work. Or with Multimeter set on Ohms go from that same one wire to the block(ground) it should read 14 to 30 ohms . If meter says O.L. the coil is open and no good.

The green plug (vtec pressure switch) can be checked by unpluging it and you will see two prongs in side. With meter set on Ohms place the meter leads one on each prong with the car off should read about .2 ohms. that means continuity if it reads O.L. (open it is bad and needs to be replaced)

Now since you have the meter out,
1. unplug the two wire clip to green plug
2.with the key on but not started put one lead of the meter(set to DC volts) to the blu/black wire and other to block it must read 12 volts
3. Now put leads on blu/black and black it must still read 12 volts. If it no longer does the black wire( which is ground is no good)
Got it all? LOL peace
