1 more question......can i remove the valve cover with the spark plugs still installed, due to the reason that some of the boot is stuck around the spark plug and i can not get them out at this moment......and i was thinking that it would be easier to get them out that way.......but i dont want to do this until i get an answer cause i know the problem and i dont want to create another 1.

It's not going to make a difference if you take it off. Your going to need to try and get as much of the stuff off off the plugs as you can. Use a light so you can see down the tubes and work at getting the melted stuff off, use needle nose pliers, some picks etc. Make sure you vacuum out any debris before you remove the spark plugs to avoid anything falling into the combustion chambers.
