Default mounting 310 injectors on ITR manifold

What would prevent a set of RC310 injectors from mounting flush with the fuel rail on an ITR manifold? It has like a 3mm gap.. do i need any extra fittings or just use a washer to do the trick?

What is the problem exactly?
Are you saying that when you bolt down the fuel rail there is still 3mm or "wiggle room" that causes them not to seal?

Still 3mm as if the RC injectors were longer than the stock injectors. Should they be an exact swap regardless of ODBI/II and should they have washers?

This issue has been going on for a long time. Some people have problems, some don't.

I myself have never had a problem but perhaps I've just been lucky. Try putting a little oil around the grommets RC supplies, insert the injector into the rail, then install into the manifold, and tighten down. If that doesn't work you can always bust out a dremel and bore out your stock grommet and use that but I'd be careful going that route.
