Dc2 CEL question???

Default Dc2 CEL question???

Ok i did that paper clip method n turn the key on acc to see if code shows. An the (cel) stay steady on no flash or blinks at all...wat sign is this leading too?

Look here

Your cel must be on, then you jump the service connector.

If your cel is not on, & you jump the service connector & the cel stays on that means there are no codes.

If the cel is on and you jump the service connector and nothing happens, this generally means the ecu is faulty.

If i'm not mistaking thats a code 1 and it means that the ecu is bad.

Incorrect. Read what I posted.
A code 1 is an o2 sensor code.
