Timing belt tensioner

if its never been off before its probably pretty tight, try using a normal wrench with a 14mm because most big wrenches wont fit down there, and put some kind of bar over it to give u more torque. try from the top, if that fails try from the bottom. i think its easier from the top tho. goodluck

air tools, they work wonders. loosen the drivers side mount so you can get in there have some room to work.

Remove the drivers mounts and the one bolt in the rear mount and jack the motor up a few inches and you got plenty of room.....

make sure u use a 6 pt socket, using a 12 will strip it out.
i did that shit to mine and had to order a new one from acura
