All I have is obd2 Vtec dizzy's each with various problems, one bad cyp sensor, one bad coil, one no coil.
Check fuse 9 in underdash box 15A and see if it is blown. It powers the 12volt Black/yellow to the dizzy. Also check that one of the pins didnt get pushed out of the connector to the dizzy.

That would not cause it not to be able to rev u would have a problem all the time on start up...has the car never run at all,stop ur own guessing and have some one who k.ows anything look at it....and none of ur own friends

So the car has never run?or did u just mess up the timing?ur first post says it will not rev that's a tps or distri utor problem,now u say it does not even start,ever car u ever have u ask advise from people and never ever listen to the answer.u still just go on and do what u want....i think its time for another ban
