I just lowered my CrX about 4inches on stock shocks...the front end feels like it bottoms out if i hit a hump or somethin...and the back coils sound like a loud bang when i go up a curb...(im not draging or scraping) dunno wut it is..anyways, wut are the best shocks to get to prevent this problem or the best 1s to help keep it from helping.Thanks

 

well for one 4 inches is just freaking retarded, thats basicly takes out all practical driving all together. get some coilovers and some kyb's or tokico's and do it right next time.

 

Ummm, yes, you are bottoming out your shocks hardcore. 4 inches??? How can you not scrape??? Well anyways, yes.....with a drop that much, new shocks are a must. KYB AGXs or Koni Yellows are what I'd recommend, cause if you're bottoming out on every bump, you will have the stock ones blown in like 2 days.

What height? If you dont' have coil overs, there's no adjusting your ride height, only the damper on the shocks.

 

i do have coilovers...they arent the best becuz i basically have no budget,lol.

 

 

haha yes 4 inch way too low!! like joker said get some nice coils and be done.
