Default ecu plug depinning question

I just did a 3 wire to 2 wire iacv conversion in my ek, i still need to move one of the wires in the a plug of the ecu over from 14 to 12, but i do not know how to get it out. i was trying a safety pin but i didnt want to mess anything up. i searched on HT but didnt really find anything that explained it. if anyone could help me i would appreciate it.

you need a pick, and a flashlight to shine down the pin slot......Look really close and there is a tab you need to lift up and pull the pin out.
