Default lot of smoke from valve cover nipple

hello. So i just recently built a ls v with ctr pistons and b16 head with itr cams. Now i used to have the hose from nipple iinto my intake and i realized i had oil dripping from my intake. I pulled the hose ff and it had oil dripping from it. I pulled off the hose and this is what i have now..... Heres a vid. notice all the smoke.

can anyone help me please. motor only has about 2k miles on it. I have a catch can and a pcv valve but its blowing so much that oil even with catch can still gets into my intake... (hose from nipple to catch and other end to intake. they are also on the right nipples on the catch can.)

Looks like a possible bad build, did you use a used block and not get it checked out?

Definetly a possibility of a bad build. Your getting hella blow by pistons or rings might be fucked. My car smoked out the breather after I blew my pistons I didnt know so I kept running it. It soon started smoking out the tail pipe like crazy. Pull the head asap.

um. car does smoke in higher rpms also. block was hot tanked and all. so u think my rings may be fucked? how? At one point my timimg was off and it had double ignition/ spark. It caused a nasty spark knock but i only drove it like that and didnt push it for the first like 400 miles. every since then the blow by has been getting worse...

Ur new motor has super piston ring blow-by , u should have it rebuilt properly asap , or just keep dumping oil into it and never make any power

You pistons and rings will probably look something like the picture below.

If you or anyone HEARS what they THINK is detonation while driving normally. Don't drive the car again. You should never hear detonation inside a car without knock phones. In the years I have been tuning. I think I have heard actual detonation two, maybe three times. Being your physyical timing was that far out and your ignition timing was that far out I am sure you experienced quite a bit of pre ignition as well. Compression test and leakdown test the engine. You should have done that before making this post. If you didn't know that. Now you know. But. Most likely going to need new pistons and rings at minimum. Possibly hone, valves, bearings, etc.
