Just because a person can do a swap doesn't mean they can fix or know what's wrong whe they run into a problem. Doing an engine swap is fairly easy.one of the easier things to do IMO.try rebulding a complete motor and converting from obd0 to obd1 and so on. a swap is simple.

why the hell would you swap out the fuse box? lolol

and doing a swap includes fixing any problems you run into, aka making it run properly. say you take your shit to a shop and pay them to swap a motor into your car, are they going to throw it in there, problems included, and give it back to you? no

Well actually they will if you supply them with the engine, unless you give them the ok to repair any issues with the part you supplied.

So does the car run?
If it does. Does it have an irradic idle?
Also have you made sure the wires to the IACV are not broken anywhere?
