First off you are missing a plug for your p28.. there are 3 plugs that go into your p28. The clear factory plug you got there goes to diffrent sensor on your motor. Get a good obd0 to obd1 harness, then you can be pointed in the right direction with your wiring.

This is the pinout for you obd1 ecu. For your first time, look at the clear round plug you have and trace back each wire to the pin on you ecu on the obd1 side. Circle them on the chart along with the color of the wire so you know what wire is what.

Once you have all the 9 or 10 wires labeled on the clear round plug then you can use the above link to show you what wire goes to what sensor. In the above link the colors of the wires might be diffrent from what you have (this is why you have to trace them back and label them).

Tip: do not solder/crimp you wires until after you strat your car just incae you have to go back and make changes.
