Spark plugs?¿

what spark plugs are recommended for a high compression (12:1) ls/vtec?

stock ngk
i use 94 delslowvtec plugs

um 7 is hotter than stock
ngk is backwords
4 would be 1 colder
7 is 2 hotter than stock
isnt that right?

the bkr7e-11 are in the coldest heat range ngk has. i think 5 is stock and 7 is 2 colder

when i went to discount auto like 3 weeks ago i bought 1 range hotter, it was #6. i went back to get the 1 colder, WHICH THEY DONT STOCK
he said was #4 cuz NGK was diff from all the other plugs

6 is stock for a gsr 7 is colder,the auto parts store you went to don't know shit..bkr7e-11 is the colder plug, good for forced induction or high compression....Ngk is not backwards!!
