your rs is TOO HEAVY, and your STOCK PISTONS, will always be holding you back, either do a complete rebuild or i wouldnt bother.

Default lsvtec

i got a set of itr pistons with ls rods perfect for ls vtec i decided to go to boost instead of vtec b/c my tranny is better for boost than all motor so i won't need to buy or trade for a b16tranny and and at 10 psi i'd be making 258 hp to the wheel (so i am told by experts) and that is a pretty good 1/4 mile time for pretty much a boosted bone stock ls if you want the pistons and rods pm me with a number and i'll help you out

by the way gsr head b16 flows a lot better and it is a better head unless you use a skunk 2 manifold don't get it
