OBD2 LS IACV Wiring Problem! HELP PLEASE
Ok guys so the other day I had to replace my alternator. We had to move a bunch of stuff around and everything, and while we were in the process of pulling the alt., I noticed that the IACV wiring on my harness is ALL messed up. I didnt really get a good chance to look at it because it was dark, and the harness is partially tucked, so this part of the wiring is actually behind/under my intake manifold, but now when I start the car, the IACV is not working at all or something. It revs like 3k, then down to normal, then back to 3k, then again down to normal. If you have ever had this problem, then you know exactly how ANNOYING this can be.
Anyways, its an OBD2 LS in a 98 civic EX. Its got an OBD2 harness and ecu no conversion or anything. What I need is the wiring diagram or a picture or something of the wiring going to the IACV. That way I can fix this mess behind my intake manifold.

Yeah that is pretty hard to read. Well good news is im not having that problem right now but Im sure it will come back with one wrong move of one of those wires. I didnt get a chance to take a picture cuz my lense kept fogging up, but I will try to get one tomorrow after work. My only dilemma now is that Im missing one of the bolts to my starter, and im wondering if there are 2 different sized bolts or if I have a bigger problem on my hands. Can someone please tell me if the lower bolt for the starter is bigger or something?
Pmed you Larger IACV wiring diagram
Both bolts are the same and you need a 14mm 6points socket to remove.

Ok well then I have a big time problem. One of the bolts in my starter (the lower one) was missing, and the upper one was loose. It caused my car not to start because the starter wasn't flush to the block. Anyways, I went to the junkyard and pulled some bolts for the starter. Well when I got home I went to put this bolt in, and it feels like I can just move it around inside of the hole. Its like the bolt is too small or something. It goes all the way in and everything, but doesn't have any fraction or anything. I can spin it and spin it all day long and it doesn't tighten. What should I do about this without having to actually pull the motor to see the side of the block?
