AC or no AC?
I am buying silver eg's hatch, and I just wanted to get some other people's opinions on whether or not I should put on the ac compressor so that I have ac. Also, with the compressor on, will it slow the car down much? Thanks

It all depends if you can stand the heat around here........I sure can't and I love my a/c.....
plus, if you're taking a girl out, are you going to let her sweat her coochie off?
As far as slowing the car down, unless you're going for a full out drag car I don't think you'll notice the difference. Run your car with the a/c off, that way the only thing affecting you is the extra weight of the a/c components.
thats my $.38.....

it all depends on how fast you want to go. some people spend 60 dollars on forged lug nuts and 100 dollars on aluminum ac brackets. now, will the 160 dollars spent on lighter lug nuts and an aluminum ac bracket really improve performance that much?
if you can sacrifice daily driveability and comfort for speed then go without your ac. however, i doubt you would be able to notice the difference and silver eg's car is pretty quick...so its not like you'll have a lot of trouble keeping up.

get some air from discount and do it yourself, i think it's like 60 bucks, and real men drive with a/c too
